By purchasing or downloading any product from Zonic Market (market.designzonic.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.

All products sold on Zonic Market are digital goods — source code, templates, UI kits, and similar files. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the files according to the tier you purchased (Personal, Team, or Extended). See the License Agreement for full details.

All sales are final. Because our products are digital goods that are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please review the live demo and product description carefully before purchasing.

You may not redistribute, resell, or sub-license the source code as a standalone template or kit — even if modified. You may not use the Zonic name, logo, or branding to market your build. Violation terminates your license immediately.

All-Access subscriptions are billed annually via PayPal. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to adjust the subscription price with 30 days' notice.

We strive for 99.9% uptime on the marketplace and download servers. We reserve the right to modify, deprecate, or remove products from the catalog. Purchased products remain available for download in your dashboard regardless of catalog changes.

All products, designs, and branding on Zonic Market remain the intellectual property of Zonic Design. Your purchase grants a license to use the files — not ownership of the underlying IP.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
