How do I purchase a product?

Browse the catalog, open a product page, choose a license tier (Personal, Team, or Extended), and click Buy Now. You'll be taken to checkout where you enter your email and pay via PayPal. No account required.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. You can check out as a guest using just your email. Your license key and download link are sent immediately to that email. After purchase, you'll be offered the option to create an account to access the dashboard.

What do I receive after purchase?

You receive: (1) a license key in the format ZNC-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, (2) a download link for the ZIP file containing the full source code, and (3) an invoice — all sent to your email.

How do I download my purchase?

Log in to your dashboard at /dashboard and go to Products. Click the Download button next to any purchased product. Downloads are available for the lifetime of your purchase.

How do I install a product?

Each product includes a README.md with step-by-step setup instructions. The general process is: unzip the file, run npm install, copy .env.example to .env.local, fill in your environment variables, and run npm run dev.

Can I install via CLI?

Yes. From your dashboard, copy the CLI install command and run it in your terminal. It looks like: npx zonic-install <license-key>. This scaffolds the project directly into your current directory.

How many times can I download?

Unlimited. You can re-download any purchased product at any time from your dashboard.

What is the difference between license tiers?

Personal (1×): one developer, one project. Team (2.2×): up to five developers, up to three projects. Extended (3.5×): unlimited developers, unlimited projects. See the full License Agreement for details.

Can I use a product for a client project?

Yes. All tiers allow commercial use with unlimited end users. You build the product for your client — the license covers your use of the source code, not the end product.

Can I transfer my license?

Yes, once per license, free of charge. Email hello@market.designzonic.com with your license key and the new holder's details.

Can I redistribute or resell the source code?

No. You may not redistribute, resell, or sub-license the source files as a template or starter kit, even if significantly modified. This applies to all tiers.

What is included in All-Access?

All-Access gives you Personal-tier access to every product in the catalog — including all future releases — for $199/year. It's the best value if you plan to use more than two products.

What happens if I cancel?

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Files already downloaded may continue to be used in existing projects — you just won't receive new downloads or updates after cancellation.

Does All-Access include future products?

Yes. Any product added to the catalog while your subscription is active is immediately available in your dashboard.

How long do I receive updates?

Each purchase includes updates for 12 months from the purchase date. After that, you keep the version you have. All-Access subscribers receive updates for as long as the subscription is active.

How do I get support?

Email hello@market.designzonic.com with your license key and a description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Where do I see what changed in a new version?

Each product page has a Changelog tab. You can also see all updates across all products on the /changelog page.
