Privacy Policy

When you create an account or complete a purchase, we collect: your email address, company name (optional), and license holder name. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes.

We use your data to: deliver purchased products and license keys, send transactional emails (receipts, license keys, download links), provide access to your dashboard, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store or have access to your credit card or bank details. PayPal's privacy policy governs data collected during payment. We only receive confirmation of successful payment and a transaction ID.

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure traffic and usage patterns — this data is anonymized and not linked to your account. You can opt out of Google Analytics by using a browser extension or disabling cookies in your browser settings. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Purchase records and invoices are kept for 7 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@market.designzonic.com. We will respond within 30 days.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored — we use magic link and OAuth authentication. Database access is restricted to authenticated services only.

We use Supabase for database and authentication, PayPal for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics. Each service has its own privacy policy governing the data they collect.

For any privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at hello@market.designzonic.com.
