License Agreement

Every product on Zonic Market is sold under one of three license tiers. The tier determines how many projects and developers may use the source code. Your purchased tier is printed in every invoice and LICENSE.md file included with the product.

Grants one (1) individual developer the right to use the product in one (1) commercial or personal project. The end product may have unlimited end users. You may not transfer this license without written consent from Zonic Design.

Grants up to five (5) developers within the same organization the right to use the product in up to three (3) projects simultaneously. Suitable for agencies and small teams building multiple client projects.

Grants unlimited developers within one organization the right to use the product in unlimited projects. Suitable for studios, enterprises, and SaaS products with large development teams.

✓ Use the source in commercial projects with unlimited end users. ✓ Modify, rebrand and re-architect as much as you like. ✓ Keep the files forever, even after support expires. ✓ Use across the number of projects permitted by your tier.

✕ Redistribute or resell the source code as a template, kit, or starter — even if significantly modified. ✕ Sub-license the files to third parties. ✕ Use the Zonic name, logo, or design to market your build. ✕ Share your license key or download link publicly.

An active All-Access subscription grants Personal-tier rights to every product in the catalog, including all future releases, for the duration of the subscription. Access terminates if the subscription lapses. Files already downloaded may continue to be used in existing projects.

You may transfer a license to another individual or organization once, free of charge. Contact hello@market.designzonic.com with your license key and the new holder's details.

Each product purchase includes updates for 12 months from the purchase date. After 12 months, you may continue using the version you have. Support is provided via email at hello@market.designzonic.com.

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the product files in your possession.
